  • What do you want to see?
  1. Telling our stories
  2. What do you want to see?

What do you want to see?

We want people to have a more meaningful relationship with us and our collections.

The objects we display

The object on this page is a sugar bowl used by the crew of the SS Pioneer. The ship brought food to the UK for sale in Co-operative stores. Sugar improved preservation and the diets of working class people; but was also product of slavery and colonialism.

What sorts of objects are important to you and what do you want to see more of?

Take our pop up survey!

Events or activities for local people

We try to provide free and affordable events and activities for local people which help tell the co-operative story.

How you can help

If you feel able to contribute financially you can donate here.

If you would prefer to help us in other ways, follow us on social media, share your ideas with us or register your interest as a future volunteer.
