Co-operative Archive Co-op History Talks Co-op History Talks We offer talks for small groups on aspects of the history of the co-operative movement which are based on collections held at the Archive. We currently give talks on the following subjects: History of the Co-operative Movement from the Rochdale Pioneers to the Present Day. History of the Co-operative Wholesale Society. Co-operative Buildings and Architecture. Co-operative Movement and Film Introduction to the Archive and guides to your research*. Talks take place at Holyoake House, Manchester or elsewhere by arrangement. Please contact us for more details. Charges apply for talks which vary depending on location - please note that we are a small charity and prices cover the cost of staff time to travel and present and do not cover the cost of any accommodation if an overnight stay would be necessary (for an evening presentation at a significant distance from Greater Manchester) which would be an additional charge. Talks offered at night depend on staff availability.
